Prasada Yoga Center Katonah Yoga®️ Restorative Workshop June 23 4p

Restorative yoga is a dialogue with one’s inner self, a conversation with the nervous system. This workshop will slow down and support Katonah Yoga®️ restorative poses with longer held postures and extensive use of props. We will practice how the use of scaffolding holds the structure up so that we can take the personal effort out of the pose and have a more internal experience. This workshop is a great opportunity for those just getting introduced to the Katonah Yoga®️ practice as well as the more seasoned practitioners to more deeply explore the theoretical material.

You will be treated to the beautiful sound of the harmonium which Sarah will play at the end of practice.
