A Winter Practice

$50Knowing how to nourish yourself using your yoga practice as it relates to the season you are in is critical. Winter is a time to go inside. To use the insights from the previous seasonal cycle to rest and prepare for a fruitful new year. Before you plant a seed in spring, you need to know what you want to plant.
For this 2.5 hour workshop, we will study and tend to the element of winter, water, with a low and slow physical practice, seasonally beneficial breathwork and restorative sound meditation. Sarah will assist you in curating your own home practice to best support this season of replenishing your energy expended in the seasons past in preparation for the next season. Light seasonal snacks and beverages will be served during this workshop.
