A New Year’s Eve Event: Restorative Yoga & Mantra, Music and Meditation

Join Sarah and Karyn for a special New Year’s Eve event that will combine restorative yoga with music, mantra, and meditation. During this hour and a half workshop, you’ll be guided through a grounding yet uplifting sound immersion while relaxing into fully supported asanas that penetrate and restore the body.

Using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, Karyn will lead you through a series of restorative shapes while you take in the sound of the harmonium and Sarah’s voice, lifting the collective spirit of the room.

Surrounded by the vibrations of chanting and music while soaking up the medicine of this restorative practice, this beautiful collaboration is sure to create a lasting ebullience in your body, uplifting and energizing you and your fellow yogis as you meet the new year.
