Yoga on York Restorative Storytime 4p

Join me at Yoga on York located in beautiful Yoga, Maine for a special 90 minute restorative practice with mantra and story telling. While you restore, you will guide you through the mysticism of the Hindi gods and goddesses through mantra the vocalization of Sanskrit with her Harmonium.
This will be offered both in person at $35 and via zoom at $25. Pre-registration is required.
