$130Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga is designed for all stages of pregnancy, including postpartum. Classes in this series will support you to strengthen mentally, physically, and emotionally for the birth of your baby. This series is also for postpartum mothers to help support your body’s recovery during the fourth trimester.
Sarah will teach in this 8 week series how to prepare your mind and body for childbirth through breathwork, strengthening and stretching as well as gentle hip openers and relaxing postures. This will be a wonderful way to connect with yourself and your baby on this beautiful journey. No yoga experience is required!
